The North Macedonian U21 national team will face the Faroe Islands on October 7 in Group H of the qualifiers for the 2023 European Championship in Romania and Georgia, and Armenia on October 12. Filip Antovski played in the first two games against France and Serbia and was also captain last time out.

Austria's U21s are also back in action. Unfortunately, Vesel Demaku had to miss the European Championship qualifiers against Estonia and Finland due to injury. With Mathias Gindl, Niels Hahn, Aleksandar Jukic and Can Keles four violets are on call.

The German U20 national team will play a test match against Poland on October 7, followed four days later by a comparison with Romania. DFB coach Christian Wörns has again called up Eric Martel, as he did for the last training course.

The Austrian team will start the qualifying for the 2022 European Under-19 Championship in Slovakia on October 6. In the mini-tournament, the team of manager Martin Scherb will face Estonia, Belarus (Oct. 9) and Hungary (Oct. 12). Muharem Huskovic and Leonardo Ivkic have been nominated for the 20-man squad, with Sandali Conde and Florian Wustinger on standby.

This will be followed by duels with the Faroe Islands (Oct. 9) and Slovenia (Oct. 12), both of which will be played in Traiskirchen. Team manager Oliver Lederer has nominated four Violets for the qualifying matches: goalkeeper Kenan Jusic, Fabian Jankovic, Sanel Saljic and Luca Pazourek - no other team has more players in its 21-man squad.

The Austrian U16 national team will play a double friendly against Italy on October 6 and 8 in Italy. Here, too, with Luka Makrisevic, Marijan Österreicher, Marcel Röhricht and Lars Stöckl are four Austria Wien players called up - no club provides more.
