FK Austria Wien processes those personal data that you provide to FK Austria Wien in the context of your membership and/or in the context of further correspondence, as well as those personal data that originate from publicly accessible sources (such as the telephone directory). Finally, data resulting from the payment of membership fees and/or donations. Personal data includes their personal details (e.g. name, title, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, marital status, nationality, profession, etc.), legitimation data (e.g. identification data), authentication data (e.g. specimen signature), data on their membership and on payments of their membership fees (e.g. membership number, date of joining, duration of membership, honours, account details, amount of donations and membership fees (and donations), as well as information from their electronic traffic (e.g. cookies) when they visit the homepage.
For what purpose and on what legal basis is your data processed?
FK Austria Wien processes your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the European Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG), namely
within the framework of and for the purposes of the consent given by you (Article 6 para 1 a DSGVO);
if necessary for the performance of a contract with you (Article 6 para 1 b DSGVO);
to the extent necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of FK Austria Wien, unless their interests or fundamental rights or freedoms, which require the protection of their personal data, are overridden (Article 6 (1) (f) DSGVO), e.g. in the following cases:
- for the collection of membership fees and donations,
- to keep a register of members,
- to issue invitations to FK Austria Wien events and advertisements for FK Austria Wien or its sponsors, unless you object to the use of your data for these purposes in accordance with Article 21 DSGVO,
