Who is responsible for data processing and whom can they contact?

What data is processed and from which sources does this data originate?

FK Austria Wien processes those personal data that you provide to FK Austria Wien in the context of your membership and/or in the context of further correspondence, as well as those personal data that originate from publicly accessible sources (such as the telephone directory). Finally, data resulting from the payment of membership fees and/or donations. Personal data includes their personal details (e.g. name, title, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, marital status, nationality, profession, etc.), legitimation data (e.g. identification data), authentication data (e.g. specimen signature), data on their membership and on payments of their membership fees (e.g. membership number, date of joining, duration of membership, honours, account details, amount of donations and membership fees (and donations), as well as information from their electronic traffic (e.g. cookies) when they visit the homepage.

For what purpose and on what legal basis is your data processed?

FK Austria Wien processes your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the European Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG), namely

within the framework of and for the purposes of the consent given by you (Article 6 para 1 a DSGVO);

if necessary for the performance of a contract with you (Article 6 para 1 b DSGVO);

to the extent necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of FK Austria Wien, unless their interests or fundamental rights or freedoms, which require the protection of their personal data, are overridden (Article 6 (1) (f) DSGVO), e.g. in the following cases:

- for the collection of membership fees and donations,

- to keep a register of members,

- to issue invitations to FK Austria Wien events and advertisements for FK Austria Wien or its sponsors, unless you object to the use of your data for these purposes in accordance with Article 21 DSGVO,

- to fulfil the purpose of the club.

If you give and/or have given consent to the processing of your personal data, processing will only take place in accordance with the purposes specified in the declaration of consent. You can revoke your consent in full or for specific purposes at any time with effect for the future.

Who receives your data?

Within FK Austria Wien as a group, those offices and employees receive your data that need it to fulfil contractual and legal obligations as well as legitimate interests.

In addition, commissioned processors (e.g. account-holding credit institution, IT service provider, tax advisor, postal service, shipping company for purchases in the web shop) receive your data if they require it to fulfil their respective services. All order processors are contractually obliged to treat their data confidentially and to process it only in the context of providing the service.

In the event of a legal or supervisory obligation, public authorities (e.g. tax authorities, etc.) may be recipients of your personal data. However, we only pass on your personal data if we are absolutely obliged to do so by law.

Finally, FK Austria Wien maintains and administers a membership directory in which the relevant information regarding membership is stored.

How long will your data be stored?

Your personal data will be stored as necessary for the duration of your membership, as well as beyond that in accordance with the statutory storage and documentation obligations, such as those arising from tax law obligations.

What data protection rights do you have?

You have the right to request information, correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of your stored data at any time, the right to revoke consent given at any time, the right to object to processing and the right to have your data transferred to a body of your choice.

Provision of data obligatory?

As part of their membership of FK Austria Wien, they provide such personal data as is necessary for their admission to FK Austria Wien and for the administration of their membership.

If you do not provide this data, admission to FK Austria Wien and the administration of your membership will not be possible. However, you are not obliged to give your consent to data processing for personal data that is not required for your admission and the administration of your membership.
