The Generali Arena is barrier-free and equipped with numerous wheelchair seats.
People with disabilities receive free tickets upon presentation of a Federal Social Security Card. They can buy their tickets on site at the Generali-Arena fanshop (opening hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00, Saturday from 9:00 to 13:00) or before the respective match at the day ticket offices.
