The Governing Board made a decision regarding the investor's entry this evening in an extraordinary meeting at the Generali Arena, based on a proposal from the Executive Board and the Restructuring Advisory Board.

Detailed negotiations are now being started with the majority Austrian investor group of "Viola Investment GmbH" in order to sign the necessary contracts as soon as possible.

AG Board member Gerhard Krisch: "It has always been our goal to find the best solution for Austria Wien from a sporting and economic point of view and to reach a result by the end of November at the latest. Now it's a matter of completing the final detailed negotiations and signing the contract in a timely manner."
