Enter the Generali-Arena via smartphone

Starting with the upcoming season, our app will allow you to save your Austria Wien season ticket directly on your smartphone, you can enter the stadium with it and forward your subscription for individual games to friends. Digital and mobile stadium access was one of the violet fans biggest wishes and is an important step towards the strategic focus on digitization.

Season tickets 2018/19 will be available

• For year-round ticket holder 17/18 on Thursday, March 15^th 2018 at 10 AM.
• For spring ticket holder 2018 and members 17/18 and/or 18/19 on Monday, March 26^th 2018 at 10 AM.
• For all “Violets” (free sale) on Tuesday, April 3^th 2018 at 10 AM.

On the three mentioned dates, our cash registers are open from 10am to 7pm. Otherwise: Monday to Thursday from 9-17 clock and Friday from 9-15 clock.

Where do you get a season ticket?

• East stand of the Generali-Arena (Horrplatz 1)
• Online at fak.at/abo
• Before home games at the season ticket cash registers 3 and 4 / sector B of the Happel Stadium
• By phone 01/68 80 150-300 (credit card payment only)

Your Season ticket 2018/19 on your smartphone

Over 2,000 Austria Wien fans shared their opinions on various topics surrounding the new Generali Arena. Nearly two thirds of all respondents want to buy their tickets online in the future. About half would like the ticket to go directly to the smartphone, therefore go to the stadium completely mobile and digital.

With the new app function, you can not only access the Generali Arena via QR code on your smartphone during the new season, but also manage your subscription yourself. If you are once prevented to go to a home game of Austria Wien, you can conveniently send your season pass digitally to contacts in your address book.

The new app will be released before the 2018/19 season starts.
