Finally at home: We are opening the stadium against Dortmund!

FK Austria Wien will open the new Generali-Arena against Borussia Dortmund. Violet and black-yellow are not only connected through tradition for more than 100 years, but also through a close friendship that has lasted for more than a decade. BVB was also the number one requested opponent according to a fan survey.

Ten years after the opening of the east stand, this rebuild completes the circle and the now 8-time German champion Borussia Dortmund will return!

The game will be played on July 13^th at 7 PM. More than 4,000 seats have already been assigned to our 10-year ticket holders as well as ArenaBaumeister and ArenaInvest participants. Therefore, the right of first refusal for our season ticket holder and members 2018/19 is even more popular.

Season tickets 2018/19 will be available

• For season ticket holder 17/18 on Thursday, March 15^th 2018 at 10 AM.
• For spring ticket holder 2018 and members 17/18 and/or 18/19 on Monday, March 26^th 2018 at 10 AM.
• For all “Violets” (free sale) on Tuesday, April 3^th 2018 at 10 AM.

Tickets for Austria Wien - Dortmund

The protected ticket sale for the game against Borussia Dortmund starts on June 20^th 2018. Our season ticket holder 2018/19 will enjoy a right of first refusal. Starting June 27^th our members will be able to purchase their tickets (maximum 10 tickets per member/season ticket holder). As of July 4^th, the tickets will go on sale for everyone if still available - which is not likely. The regular top game prizes of the new season apply.

Austria Wien returns to Favoriten - Vienna

45 years ago (1973) when the first plans came up, according to which FK Austria Wien could become native on the old ASKÖ-X-Field in Favoriten - Vienna, no one knew about the development of this unique relationship.

45 years full of dramas and triumphs, full of goals and unforgettable moments, it's time to move forward together into a new era. In that very place, for which the Austria Wien family had to fight for over and over again, in which they had invested so much.

At Horrplatz 1, in the heart of Favoriten and only a short distance from the new subway station "Altes Landgut", a violet future is born, a new chapter for FK Austria Wien will begin.

The four-column S.T.A.R. project includes the stadium, the training grounds, the academy as well as a regional centre for young talent and is the largest construction project in the history of our club. The total financial volume of the project is approximately 48 million euros. Of which 42 million euros were invested in the Generali Arena.
