Georg Teigl suffers severe head injuries

Georg Teigl suffered a fractured skull, a fractured zygomatic arch and a fractured jaw during the home match against WAC on Sunday evening and is currently being treated as an in-patient at the Vienna AKH.

According to team doctor Dr. Marcus Hofbauer, the injuries are thankfully not life-threatening and the 31-year-old is doing well under the circumstances. From today's point of view, an operation is not necessary.
