Austria fans can now purchase their tickets for home games at the Generali-Arena as Mobile Tickets, making it even easier than before to access them with their smartphones. This is how it works!

All tickets purchased online at fak.at/tickets for one of the upcoming home matches can now also be obtained as a mobile ticket in addition to being sent by post and the Print@Home variant.

To do so, select "MobileTicket" in the shopping cart, complete the purchase and receive the ticket by e-mail. It then appears in the Apple Wallet on iOS devices. On Android devices, PassWallet and PassAndroid are possible apps for displaying mobile tickets. It is important to download a compatible app to the Android smartphone before the purchase.

Mobile tickets can be retrieved until shortly before the start of the match, which can reduce waiting times at the stadium box offices.

The QR code of the Mobile Ticket will then be scanned upon entry to the Generali Arena — as has already been the case with Print@Home tickets displayed on the smartphone. All QR codes are automatically cancelled after the first entry, so forwarding a Mobile Ticket, for example by screenshots, is not recommended.

Like all regular day tickets, the Mobile Ticket on a smartphone is not valid as a ticket for the Wiener Linien.
