Can Keles replaced Aleksandar Jukić after the break. The 20-year-old quickly came to an opportunity, could just be stopped in the penalty area by a tackle of Dedić (48th). A finish from Muharem Husković was blocked for a corner kick, and a header from Marco Djuričin after a cross from Matthias Braunöder went over the goal (50th, 51st). Austria had 75% possession in the second half, Manfred Schmid brought on Alexander Grünwald and Noah Ohio for Braunöder and Husković 20 minutes before the end. After a cross from Keles, Djuričin did not hit the ball properly, Austria still did not manage to score on the Carinthian goal (86th). The last assault on the Carinthian goal was also unsuccessful, Austria suffered a defeat in Carinthia.
