The future of violet women's football is taking shape. In future, the women's team will be based in Vienna-Favoriten and play its Bundesliga matches at training ground 2.

After signing the lease for the football pitches in Simmeringer Haidestraße last week, where the women's junior teams will have their permanent home in the future, the next big step in the future of women's football in Vienna has been taken.
Our women's team recently moved into the newly built cabins inside the west stand. In future, the women's team will train at the Generali-Arena ground and will be based exclusively in Vienna-Favoriten. All Bundesliga home matches will be played at training ground 2. The grandstand there has a capacity for about xxx visitors:inside.
In addition to the infrastructure offensive, sport director Manuel Ortlechner initiated a harmonisation of all jerseys. From now on, all Austria teams, whether men's, women's, youth or professional, will play in the same kit. The second women's team will in future - like the men's team - also play under the name Young Violets.
In addition, the upcoming home game against WSG Wattens (Saturday, 5 p.m.) is all about the women. Under the motto "Servas, die Madln", the women's team is organising a training session for all supporters on the artificial pitches in front of the Generali Arena from 1:45 pm.
For this occasion, we would like to cordially invite all women's and girls' clubs and institutions to join us at the Generali-Arena!
