Fan shop & tickets unavailable from December 24 to January 6

Due to the closure, orders placed in December are subject to an extended return policy. The Austria fan shop will reopen as normal on January 7. From this date, online purchases, spring season tickets, and tickets for the Violetten Ball will also be available again. The online fan shop will have a new design with a more user-friendly interface from January 7.

From the new year onwards, members who wish to take advantage of their membership discount in the fan shop must present their membership card at the checkout. The card will be scanned from January 7, and the discount will then be deducted automatically. From this date onwards, a member discount can no longer be granted if the membership card is not carried. This ensures that only members can take advantage of the ten percent discount in the fan shop.
