Fanshop opening hours over the festive season

The Austria Wien fan store in the Generali-Arena will remain open until Christmas. From December 25 to January 6, fan articles as well as season tickets and tickets can be purchased online at fak.at/fanshop or fak.at/tickets.

Up to and including December 23, the fan store will be open as usual from Monday to Saturday from noon to 6:00 pm. On December 24, our Merchandising and Ticketing teams will be there for all Veilchen from noon to 3:00 pm.

The fan store and ticket corner will be closed from December 25 through January 6. As a convenient alternative, our online stores at fak.at/fanshop and fak.at/tickets will of course be open all day. Orders for fan merchandise will be accepted during this time and will be processed and dispatched from January 7.

The fanshop will then be open again as usual from January 7.
