Kurt Gollowitzer is the new Austria President

Austria President Kurt Gollowitzer: "I am overwhelmed by the great approval of the Austria members. I can promise one thing: I will give everything for the club as president. I have been associated with Austria for a long time and am a Violet deep in my heart. A major concern for me is communication with the fans and members - they are the heart of Austria. The top priority is to bring economic stability to the club so that we can invest more in the sport again. The financial situation is a great challenge, but I am firmly convinced that we can achieve the turnaround because Jürgen Werner brings a lot of sporting expertise to the board and Austria also has great economic potential with one of the best business networks in Austria. If everyone pulls together and we manage together to be perceived as a likeable club, we will succeed in attracting even more sponsors and be successful again."

Karl Pisec will remain vice president. Raimund Harreither will still be reappointed, as has been planned for some time. Frank Hensel had decided in March after some personal discussions with ordinary members for the good of Austria to make his office available as president.
