Austria Wien have signed Lívia Múčková from Hungarian champions Ferencváros TC. The 20-year-old attacking player has already been training with the club on trial in recent days and is set to add even more versatility to the Violets.
"I'm delighted to be here and to have signed a contract with Austria Wien, it's a great honor. I've already trained with the girls several times, I've been given a great welcome here and I'm looking forward to the first games. We have big plans together and I will do my best to celebrate success together", said Lívia Múčková.
The Slovakian started her career in her home country at Slovan Bratislava and played in the academy there before deciding to move to Slavia Prague in the Czech Republic. Her transfer to Ferencváros followed in the summer of 2022, where she won the league title in each of the last two years.
However, the Bratislava-born attacking player mainly played in the U19 championship, where she also won the championship in 2023/24 and played a major part in this with twelve goals in 19 games.
Lisa Makas, sporting director: "Lívia really impressed in the trial training and we are very happy to have acquired a young, very attacking player who will make our game even more variable."
