After the home win against LASK, the mood in Stephan Helm's team is certainly good, with many happy faces at the start of the week. "Especially at the start of the season, it's important to keep scoring points and it's especially nice when it's a convincing performance in front of your own fans, as was the case on Sunday. That gives us additional confidence and shows that we're on the right track."

Helm: "Focus on our performance"

However, the game against LASK has been put behind them and the focus is now fully on the next opponent from Upper Austria. ASKÖ Oedt are in eighth place with six points after four rounds in the third-tier Regionalliga Mitte. "Oedt were only promoted in the summer, but in terms of the squad, they are an established regional league team that we will of course not underestimate. They also have an extremely experienced coach", says Helm Oedt coach Kurt Russ.

Regardless of the opponent, the focus must "clearly be on our performance", says the Austria Wien coach. "We need tension, we have to see it as the next chance to further improve our game and we will approach this task with this attitude. The clear goal is of course to reach the next round."

It remains to be seen which Violets the coaching team will field in Oedt. "We have enough quality in the squad, some players are already itching for their minutes. The aim is to put the best possible team on the pitch for this game."

Johannes Handl, Luca Pazourek, Ziad El Sheiwi and Florian Wustinger are still out, while Marvin Potzmann and Marvin Martins are slightly injured.
