Our 2026 Members' Party

Even before the official stage program began, Austria members were treated to a variety of attractions at the Generali Arena: A photo exhibition featuring snapshots from past years awaited them in the stairwells leading to the North VIP area. The photos were taken by Daniel Shaked and prepared with the kind support of boesner. In addition, a jersey exhibition invited guests to reminisce about past Austria eras.

The Mozart Boys’ & Girls’ Choir provided an impressive start to the official program. With fan chants like “We Are the Boys from Favoriten” and “And When I Go to Sleep Tonight…,” the choir thrilled the members in attendance.

Other highlights of the evening included:

• a play marking the anniversaries “115 Years of Austria Vienna” and “100 Years of FAK”
• engaging panel discussions with club officials, coaches, and players
• a live performance by the band Wödmasta featuring the Austria song “Sunn in Favoriten”
• an interactive Austria quiz, hosted by Viennese cabaret artist Dr. Bohl

For many guests, the most emotional moment of the evening was the announcement of Philipp Hosiner’s retirement. The members in attendance bid him farewell with a standing ovation.
