Our plan for the winter break
The last game of 2023 is scheduled for Saturday at 17:00 with the away game in Klagenfurt, after which the team will go into the winter break. In the new year 2024, the Violets will then start their preparations for the spring season on 5 January. This time, Austria's winter training camp will take place in Malta from 8 to 18 January, where the Violets will play three test matches as part of the Tipsport Malta Cup.
The schedule
🏋️ 05.01. - Start of training (morning: medical tests, afternoon: first team training session)
🛫 08.01. - Departure for training camp in Malta
⚽️ 10.01., 17:00 - Test match: Hradec Králové
⚽️ 13.01., 11:00 - Test match: Spartak Trnava
⚽️ 15.01., 16:00 - Test match: Sigma Olomouc
🛬 18.01. - Return to Vienna
⚽️ 23.01., 18:00 - Test match: FavAC (h, training ground)
⚽️ 26.01., 15:00 - Test match: Dunajská Streda (h, exact venue still open)
