Over the past few weeks, a number of co-operation players have again been in action at SV Stripfing. In addition, there are currently three violet loan players: Matteo Meisl, Muharem Husković and Romeo Vučić.

Kreiker scores in Stripfing's opening win

Co-operative club SV Stripfing got off to a perfect start last Friday. The side of new coach Emin Sulimani defeated SKU Amstetten 2-0 at the Generali-Arena in the ADMIRAL 2. Liga spring opener, with co-operation player Dario Kreiker taking the lead and ex Austria Wien player Marco Djuričin netting to make it 2-0. In addition to left winger Kreiker, Luca Pazourek, a co-operation player, also played the entire match on the right wing. The same applies to Matteo Meisl, who is a loan player in the Stripfinger's central defence. Philipp Maybach, also a co-operation player since the winter, came into the game in the 63rd minute in place of Kreiker. Goalkeeper Kenan Jusić took his place on the bench, the other co-operation players were not part of the matchday squad.

A few weeks earlier, Stripfing had fought an open exchange with Hartberg in the Cup quarter-finals and only lost in extra time. Goalkeeper Jusić played through, with David Ewemade and Dario Kreiker starting and Aleksa Ilić and Rocco Sutterlüty coming on as substitutes. The latter came on after 38 minutes for Ewemade, who had to leave the pitch with a thigh strain but had previously put in a strong performance.

Husković & Vučić in the Bundesliga

Muharem Husković, who joined TSV Hartberg on loan in the winter, made three substitute appearances in his first four competitive games for the Styrians and scored his first goal in a Hartberg shirt in the 1-1 draw at home to Austria Klagenfurt. Here's to many more, Muki!

Romeo Vučić came on as a substitute shortly before the end of the first game of the second half of the season between GAK and Altach, but since then the 22-year-old has been struggling with thigh problems and was not in the squad for GAK's last two games against LASK and Austria Klagenfurt.
