Violet team players on the road

With Virginia Kirchberger and Katharina Schiechtl as well as Emma Eichberger, Sophie Rapf, Florentina Satra and Alisa Ziletkina (U19s), six violet team players will be travelling with their teammates in the coming weeks. In addition, Larissa Haidner and Yvonne Weilharter will be on call with the A team and Lilah Havel with Austria's U19s. The call-ups confirm the Violets' strong form in recent weeks.

For our two defenders Gini Kirchberger and Katharina Schiechtl, the first round of the European Championship play-off against Slovenia is on the programme with the ÖFB women's national team. The clash will take place in Koper (Slovenia) on 25 October. A few days later, on 29 October, the second leg will take place in Ried. If Austria manages to advance, there will be a showdown at Viola Park on 3 December for the last ticket to EURO 2025 in Switzerland.

Yvonne Weilharter is on the call-up list, as is goalkeeper Larissa Haidner for the first time, who - like her team-mates - has attracted attention with strong performances this season.

U19 women with four violets

Two Violet talents celebrate their national team debut in the U19 national team: goalkeeper Emma Eichberger and Sophie Rapf can look forward to their first call-up to the ÖFB U19 squad. Alisa Ziletkina and Florentina Satra are two other Austrian players who have already collected minutes for the Red-White-Red in the past. Lilah Havel and Lena Nindl are on call.
