Wimmer: "Expect a fast-paced game!"

On Saturday afternoon (17:00), the Veilchen welcome WSG to the Generali-Arena. By Friday, 11,000 tickets had been sold. The Wimmer team will be looking to extend their lead at the top of the table. The head coach is looking forward to tomorrow's opponent: "I hope that both teams will look for their salvation in the offence!"

...the quality of WSG Tirol

"It meets our expectations. There are no easy games. In general, there weren't that many easy wins in the basic round either. A big compliment to Thomas Silberberger. Tirol had their backs to the wall and have now come from behind. I think they want to play courageous and active football tomorrow. I hope we'll see a game where both teams look for their salvation in attack. We're really looking forward to it and hope for the first home win in the lower play-off."

...spoilt for choice in terms of personnel

"If the team plays what's expected of it, that's obviously great for me as a coach. We now have more competition again, which creates a completely different level of tension in training. Compared to last week, there's little for me to change. Moritz Wels and James Holland did a great job against the WAC and were there from the start. We have three games in the next seven days where we will certainly rotate."

...the return of Fisnik Asllani

"Until his injury, Fisnik had shown that he has sensational values in the league in terms of playing with and without the ball. We're delighted that he's back. It won't quite be enough for the starting eleven. But he could be important for us in the final phase of the championship."
