2G & masks compulsory at Saturday's home double-header

According to the latest news from the City of Vienna on Thursday evening, from 5 February only 2G & mask requirement (except for consumption) applies to gatherings with assigned seating instead of 2G+. The maximum capacity has been increased to 2,000 people. These rules already apply to our Mixed Home Doubles on Saturday.

A premiere in violet: We offer our fans the opportunity to watch men's & women's matches live back-to-back in the Generali-Arena. On Saturday at 12:00, Austria Wien will host the second division team SKN St. Pölten in the Generali-Arena in the last test before the Bundesliga opener in Altach (12.02.). Directly afterwards, the Austrian women will play against the international top team Sparta Prague at 14:00.

Only the North Stand is open, admission starts at 11:00 am. Subscribers & members enjoy free admission, but have to get their free tickets directly before the match at the ticket office. They will not be able to enter with their season ticket, as is customary in the Bundesliga. The reason: Due to the current Corona regulations, the organiser must know who is in the stadium.

Day tickets for the test match double are available online, ticket prices are ten (full price), eight (reduced) and five euros (child).

Our fanshop is open on Saturday from 9:00 to 14:00 (one hour longer than usual on Saturdays). In the stadium on the North Stand, a kiosk will provide visitors with food & drink. Car park P2 behind the East Stand is available to all fans (access only via Czeike-Straße).

Admission regulations

2G means: fully vaccinated or recovered

The following applies to vaccinated persons

For vaccines with 2 partial vaccinations:

  • After the 2nd partial vaccination, the vaccination certificate is valid for 180 days. For persons up to the age of 18, maximum 210 days.
  • After the booster vaccination (3rd vaccination), the proof of vaccination is valid for 270 days.

Vaccines with one vaccination (for example Johnson & Johnson):

  • From the 22nd day after vaccination, the proof of vaccination is valid for 270 days. This applies up to and including 2 January 2022, at the latest by which time the booster vaccination must have been given.
  • After a further vaccination (booster vaccination), the vaccination certificate is valid for 180 days.

For recovered persons applies:

  • You are exempt from testing for 180 days from the date of recovery. The certificate of isolation or a medical certificate are valid.
  • For recovered persons who have been vaccinated once, the vaccination is valid for 270 days (from 1.2.: 180 days) from the day of vaccination.
  • Convalescents who have been fully immunised are treated the same as those who have been vaccinated 3 times. The Corona infection must not have occurred more than 180 days previously.

Admission regulations for children & adolescents

  • For children aged 6 to 12 years (plus a maximum of 3 months), PCR tests are valid for 72 hours and antigen tests for 48 hours. If 3 tests (2 of which are PCR tests) are done within 5 days, the entry test is also valid on days 6 and 7 (as with the "Ninja Pass" during school hours).
  • For children and adolescents from 12 to 15 years, the 2.5G rule applies, PCR tests are valid for 48 hours. The "Ninja Pass" does not count as an entry test, each PCR (school) test applies individually.
  • Antigen self-tests no longer count as entry tests.

With the so-called green passport you can confirm that you have been tested, vaccinated or recovered. This is a uniform proof with an individual QR code that you can show digitally, in the Green Passport app or in printed form.

Please always have a valid photo ID ready for checks.
