Martins, Früchtl & Drame on the road

Marvin Martins is in the Luxembourg national team's lineup for the upcoming Nations League matches. Christian Früchtl has been called up for Germany's U21 EURO preparation matches, while Ibrahima Drame is attending a training camp in Morocco with Senagal's U23s.

In addition to the numerous call-ups to the Austrian national teams, Marvin Martins, Christian Früchtl and Ibrahima Drame have also been called up for the coming days.

Luxembourg will face Turkey away on September 22 and Lithuania at home on September 25 as part of the Nations League. Team boss Luc Holtz has called up Marvin Martins, incidentally the first Luxembourger to feature in the UEFA Europa Conference League group stage, for the two matches.

Christian Früchtl is preparing for EURO 2023 in Romania and Georgia with coach Antonio Di Salvo's Germany U21 national team. The games will be played against France on September 23 and in England on September 27; both matches will also be broadcast in Austria on ProSieben Maxx.

Also next year, the Africa U23 Cup of Nations will be held in Morocco. Senegal will enter the second qualifying round at the end of October and will prepare for it in Morocco in the coming days. Ibrahima Drame has been nominated for the camp by head coach Demba Mbaye.
