The 17-year-old is the youngest Austrian to feature in a violet starting eleven since the Bundesliga was founded in 1974. Georg Teigl started in place of Aleksandar Jukić, otherwise the starting eleven remained unchanged from the last match at WAC.

Admira under coach Andreas Herzog last won 2-0 against Altach. Nevertheless, the starting eleven changed in three positions: Yannick Brugger and Leonardo Lukacevic were new in defense, Dominik Starkl in midfield.

Patrick Pentz saved Austria from an equalizer with a shot from Niko Datković, and in return Marco Djuričin failed to beat Leitner after an assist from Ohio (73rd). Unfortunately, the guests from the southern city managed to equalize shortly after, substitute Brazilian Patrick Monteiro scored after Suliman-Marlon Mustapha's pass to make it 2:2 (74th).
