Digitization in the new Generali-Arena

During home games of Austria Wien all ‘Violets’ in the Generali-Arena will have free access to our Wi-Fi. FK Austria Wien also upgraded the new stadium with state-of-the-art technology in many other areas, consistently implementing its strategic focus on digitization. A tour of the Generali-Arena with the focus on 'the technology under the roof'.

In addition to the public Wi-Fi, digital and mobile stadium access with the new Austria Wien app is a big digital step. With the new Austria-App, which will be presented shortly, Austria Wien fans have the opportunity to save their FK Austria Wien subscription directly on their smartphones for getting entrance to the stadium or forward the subscription for individual games to friends.

Another innovation in terms of digitization is the LED strip between the two sectors of the north stand. Interesting information for Austria Wien fans will be presented before and during home games, such as standings, scorers and general news about tickets, merchandising and everything related to the teams of Austria Wien.

The sound system in the Generali-Arena was also renewed in the course of the renovation work and brought to the state of the art. In order to achieve better acoustics the arrangement of the boxes has been optimized for the new stands as well.

A walk under the roofs of the stands (see pictures) reveals the many technical innovations in the Generali Arena. Next to the many Wi-Fi routers you will also find the new sound systems as well as devices for the optimization of the mobile radio network during strong utilization.

Sie haben sich im Zuge der Aktion „FK Austria Wien - ViolaCrowd – Arena Baumeister“ am Stadionbau der neuen GENERALI-Arena beteiligt und haben damit unter anderem auch Anspruch auf eine Gratis-Stadiontour erworben.

Es freut mich, Ihnen die ersten Termine für solch eine Stadiontour bekanntgeben zu können:

Pro Führung können nur maximal 25 Teilnehmer teilnehmen.

Die Anmeldungen werden nach dem Prinzip first come – first serve nach Einlangen der e-mail gereiht.

Sie bekommen auf jeden Fall eine Rückmeldung per e-mail. Entweder mit einer Bestätigung eines Termins oder mit der Bitte, einen anderen Termin zu wählen.

Sollten Sie eine Terminbestätigung bekommen, nehmen Sie diese bitte am Tag der Stadiontour unbedingt mit.

Treffpunkt für die Tour ist vor dem FanShop, Horrplatz 1.
